Kenneth Kelly, founder of Strativia, has served as its President and CEO since its inception in 2006. Under his strategic leadership, Strativia has become a significant player in technology, consulting, and services verticals, having grown the company to over 300 staff operating across 19 states within the U.S. and several countries worldwide. He has been featured in magazines and periodicals, such as Inc, Black Enterprise, American Express Open, Huffington Post, Washington Post, Rolling Out, and others.
Prior to founding Strativia, Kenneth spent over ten years in the hospitality technology sector. Specifically, he worked for Visual One Systems Corporation (now Agilysys, Inc). There he managed enterprise software implementation projects at hotels and resorts throughout the world. Later, he worked for Micros Systems Inc (now Oracle Micros POS Systems), the world's largest hospitality software developer. There he managed large cross-functional teams implementing property management and financial software solutions for large hotel chains, including Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG), Marriott, and Wyndham.
Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Potomac College and a Masters of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. He completed his Executive Management Training at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
