Haydn Hislop is Strativia’s Chief Financial Officer, responsible for financial planning and analysis, managing company finances, strategic planning, risk management, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and advising the Senior Leadership on strategic financial decisions. Mr. Hislop is a strategic and results-oriented Chief Financial Officer with over 30 years of experience driving financial growth and operational excellence within the government contracting industry. As an accomplished Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he has a proven ability to lead high-performing teams, develop and execute financial strategies, and ensure compliance with stringent government regulations (FAR, DFARS, CAS).
Mr. Hislop possesses expertise in strategic planning, execution, mergers and acquisitions, financial turnaround, exit strategies, and growth initiatives. Additionally, he is knowledgeable in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, enhancing profit margins, and preparing and analyzing financial statements. He effectively utilizes various financial systems to optimize management and project accounting and ensure successful outcomes in DCAA/DCMA audits. Furthermore, he has significant experience managing intricate international financial operations, such as foreign exchange hedging and transfer pricing.
Mr. Hislop holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Howard University in Washington, DC. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
