STRATIVIA ANNOUNCES FIVE-YEAR CONTRACT AWARD TO SUPPORT THE 718 CIVIL ENGINEERING SQUADRON (CES/CEI) AT KADENA AIR BASE IN OKINAWA JAPAN

LARGO, MD (April 29, 2024) – Strativia, one of the fastest growing companies in America, announced its five-year contract award to support the 718 Civil Engineering Squadron at Kadena Air Base in Okinawa Japan. The 718TH Civil Engineering Squadron oversees four flights that provide services to airmen, Marines, sailors and their families by providing housing, facilities, and infrastructure across the island of Okinawa. They manage a $2 billion design and construction portfolio and execute over 150 projects for the 18th Wing and partners.

Strativia will provide engineering, technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized energy management applications, databases and systems, such as NexGen IT/TRIRIGA, Compliance Tracking System (CTS) and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) to support the development, implementation and management of energy consumption efficiency programs associated with the Energy Independence and Security Act 2007 (EISA 07), Section 432 as well as various U.S. Air Force, Department of Defense, and Federal energy reports, including the Annual Energy Management and Resilience Report (AEMRR) to Congress.
